New Relic AI vs Neuri
New Relic's full-platform pricing runs $10 for the first user on Standard, then $99 for each additional user, capped at 5 users, or $349 a user monthly on Pro with an annual commitment. On top of that, data ingest is $0.40 a GB, or $0.60 a GB on the Data Plus option, with the first 100 GB a month free. Two cost dimensions: seats and data volume, both scale with usage.
Neuri is FluidifyAI's root cause analysis engine, delivered as SaaS starting on the Pro tier. This is a comparison of Neuri specifically, not the rest of the FluidifyAI suite.
What New Relic's AI features actually do
New Relic's AI observability tooling tracks LLM interactions, agent behaviour, prompt-response pairs and token consumption for teams building AI-powered applications, and its applied intelligence groups related alerts and reduces noise. New Relic has also introduced an SRE agent aimed at automated incident investigation as part of a newer push into agentic observability.
That's monitoring for AI applications, plus alert correlation, inside New Relic's own data. Neuri is a root cause investigation agent that connects over MCP to Prometheus, Grafana, and other sources you already run, and produces a confidence-scored root cause with the logs, traces and commits behind it, not just a grouped alert.
Pricing and deployment
New Relic's per-seat and per-GB pricing both climb with team size and traffic, documented on New Relic's own pricing page. It's a cloud SaaS product; there's no self-hosted option.
Neuri starts at $100 a month on Pro, or is included in FluidifyAI's flat $200 a month Business plan alongside Regen, Reflex and Gills, with no per-seat or per-GB multiplier.
