Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 10, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Fluidify ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit fluidify.ai or interact with us. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to being transparent about our practices.
1. The short version
- We only collect data you actively give us — via the contact form or newsletter signup.
- We do not use analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party ad networks.
- If you self-host Regen, your incident data never reaches us. It stays entirely on your own infrastructure.
- We do not sell your data. Ever.
2. What data we collect and why
Contact form
When you submit the contact form at fluidify.ai/contact, we collect:
- Name — to address you properly
- Work email — to respond to your enquiry
- Company (optional) — to understand your context
- Plan interest (optional) — to route your enquiry appropriately
- Message — the content of your enquiry
We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.
Newsletter signup
If you subscribe to our newsletter in the footer, we collect your email address. We use it to send product updates, release notes, and engineering content. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing contact@fluidify.ai.
Website usage
We do not currently use Google Analytics, tracking cookies, or any third-party analytics tool. We may collect basic server logs (IP address, browser, page visited, timestamp) for security and operational purposes. These are not shared with third parties and are not used for marketing.
3. Self-hosted Regen — your data stays yours
If you run Regen on your own infrastructure, Fluidify has zero access to your data. Your incident timelines, on-call schedules, runbooks, post-mortems, and engineer notes live on your servers. We never see them, never process them, and have no ability to access them.
This is a deliberate architectural decision. If you choose to use an OpenAI API key for AI features, your data is sent to OpenAI under your own API key and their privacy policy — not ours.
4. How we store your data
Data submitted through our website (contact forms and newsletter signups) is stored in Supabase, a database platform with servers located in the European Union. Supabase stores data in secure, encrypted databases. We use the minimum data necessary and do not store payment information (we have no payment system at this time).
We retain contact form submissions for 2 years and newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with:
- Supabase — our database provider, acting as a data processor on our behalf
We do not share your data with advertisers, brokers, or other third parties.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for newsletter communications at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email us at contact@fluidify.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies. We may use essential session cookies required for the website to function. No cookie consent banner is required at this time as we do not use non-essential cookies.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
10. Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
