Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how FluidifyAI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards personal data in connection with the website located at fluidify.ai and the FluidifyAI SRE Suite, comprising Regen, Neuri, Reflex, and Gills (together, the "Services"). This Policy should be read together with the Company's Terms & Conditions.

1. Definitions

• "Personal Data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
• "User", "you", or "your" means any person or entity that accesses or uses the Services.
• "Self-Hosted Deployment" means an instance of the open-source Regen software operated on infrastructure owned or controlled by a User, rather than by the Company.

2. Scope of this Policy

2.1 The Company collects Personal Data only where it is voluntarily submitted by a User through the contact form or newsletter subscription described in Section 3.

2.2 The Company does not deploy analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party advertising networks on the Services.

2.3 Where a User operates a Self-Hosted Deployment, all incident, investigation, and remediation data generated by that deployment resides exclusively on the User's own infrastructure and is not transmitted to, or accessible by, the Company.

2.4 The Company does not sell, rent, or trade Personal Data to any third party.

3. Information Collected

3.1 Contact form. Upon submission of the contact form at fluidify.ai/contact, the Company collects: (a) name; (b) work email address; (c) company name, where provided; (d) plan of interest, where provided (Free, Pro, Business, or Enterprise); and (e) the content of the enquiry submitted. This information is used solely to respond to the enquiry. The Company shall not add a User to any mailing list without that User's explicit consent.

3.2 Newsletter subscription. Upon subscribing to the Company's newsletter, the Company collects the User's email address, which is used to transmit product updates, release notes, and related content. A User may withdraw consent to receive such communications at any time by emailing contact@fluidify.ai.

3.3 Server and usage logs. The Company does not employ Google Analytics, tracking cookies, or any third-party analytics service. The Company may retain standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, page requested, and timestamp, for security and operational purposes. Such logs are not disclosed to third parties and are not used for marketing purposes.

4. Self-Hosted Deployments

4.1 Where a User configures a Self-Hosted Deployment to use a third-party model provider under a "bring-your-own-key" arrangement, data transmitted to that provider is governed by the provider's own privacy policy and not by this Policy.

5. Storage and Retention of Data

5.1 Personal Data submitted through the contact form or newsletter subscription is stored in an encrypted database, with infrastructure located in the European Union.

5.2 Contact form submissions are retained for a period of six (6) months from the date of submission. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until the User unsubscribes or requests its deletion.

5.3 The Company does not, at present, operate a payment processing system and does not store payment card information.

6. Disclosure of Personal Data

6.1 The Company does not sell, rent, or trade Personal Data.

6.2 The Company discloses Personal Data only to its database service provider, acting as a data processor for the limited purpose of storage described in Section 5.

6.3 The Company does not disclose Personal Data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Rights of Data Subjects

7.1 A User may, by written request to contact@fluidify.ai: (a) request access to Personal Data held by the Company concerning that User; (b) request correction of inaccurate Personal Data; (c) request deletion of Personal Data; or (d) withdraw consent to receive newsletter communications.

7.2 The Company shall respond to any such request within thirty (30) days of receipt.

8. Cookies

8.1 The Company does not use tracking cookies or third-party cookies on the Services. The Company may use cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the website. As the Company does not use non-essential cookies, a cookie consent banner is not presently required.

9. Children's Privacy

9.1 The Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, individuals under the age of eighteen (18) years. The Company does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. Where the Company becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected such data, it shall take reasonable steps to delete it promptly.

10. Amendments

10.1 The Company may amend this Policy from time to time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services following the posting of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy.

11. Governing Law

11.1 This Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
