Data & Account Deletion Request

How to make a request

1. Email [email protected] from the email address registered to your account, so we can confirm the request is yours.
2. State what you need: account and data deletion, a copy of your data, or both.
3. We may reply to confirm your identity before we act on the request.

How long it takes

We respond within 30 days of receiving your request. For deletion, we delete your account and the personal data associated with it within that period, and confirm by email once it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account profile and sign-in details.
• Personal data we hold about you, including contact form submissions and newsletter subscription.

We may keep limited records where the law requires it, such as billing and tax records, and only for as long as it does.
